Villa Aqua Viva is fully air-conditioned and self-contained and comprises of a one level apartment in a small Boutique complex named the Piazza. The four bedrooms all enjoy water views and have queen size beds.  Other features of the villa -  2 luxurious bathrooms and spacious powder room, large open-plan kitchen, dining, living area, balconies, boat mooring, 1 x undercover car bay.

There is an on-site Supa Deli for your everyday requirements and your cooked breakfast or Best Burger in town is only a phone call away.  For the ladies there is an on-site Hair and Beauty Salon. There are also a number of  local restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby and for the children play equipment and shallow wading area across the road and Avalon beach only a 5 minute walk away.

Villa Aqua Viva was the only apartment  featured in the winning submission  for the 2006 MBA Awards for Excellence in Construction over $5million for the Piazza complex.
